Auto File Backup

Hi guys,

just wondered if there was a way to backup my files by duplicating them to a set destination (ie D: or E:)

i have heard that there was once a shortcut that when double clicked it automatically duplicated the files into the D:

is this a simple thing or a way tooooo complicated thing?
