I have a 2007 Z425 john deere with a 23hp v twin. I was having a fuel issue so I took the carb apart and cleaned needles and all put carb back together and it runs perfectly. After letting sit for an hour or two trying to crank it back up it will run for around 45 seconds. I take the carb back apart and inspect.. everything is clean put back on mower and starts right up, and can mow my yard, but if it sets again for an hour or two same issue will not start unless i take carb apart once again and put it back together and purrs like a kitten, please someone help me.
