Hi again,

I have a couple of questions based on the above observations.

If BIOS is not showing HD, how is HD diag test from the UBD able to run?
Also, I am able to see the HD light flashing when I insert the XP CD and try to boot from it to the Recovery Console.
Does it mean that even if BIOS doesn't see the HD other programs such as UBD and XP CD can see and use it?
