OK ,when you try to start 422707engine .the starter does turn the engine over with plug out. with them in it like the compression stopping turnover. it will turn &start if you put truck battery to it. I put a new starter on ,did the same.reseated valves , ajusted 4-6 intake 7-9 exhaust. the engine started once like new . then next time it was back to like flywheel just can't get over the hump , backto old problem Tank you Dan spec are from B&S site
