Hi all.. Hope someone can help.. Occasionally (especially when it is colder) my computer requires several attempts to get going.. after the first failure it tries to go to "Safe mode" unless an alternative type of starting is selected.
Recently, whilst in Safe mode a message popped up that i couldn't make sense of, and when i finally got going i found that my icons on the desktop were larger and grainy ..identical in appearance to those in safe mode !!
Looking through my folders i notice it has affected everthing that i have stored on my computer.. everythings grainy !!
Is it possible to retrieve that error message?.. either way I hope that someone can help
