Your description of the problem is very cryptic. Can you provide detailed information in a legible concise manner of what the initial problem was, what steps you took to resolve the issue, and what components were replaced if any. Please try to understand, as a technician and with that in mind I can only speak for myself here, that mechanics are not omnipotent, we cannot just simply snap our fingers and the answer comes to us. It doesn't work that way, ( although many of us wish it did) we can only make a diagnosis based on the information that is available given to us by you ( the people) in order to visualize the problem, and attempt to make a judgment call and inform you what steps are needed to to fix it.
