Hi,

OK let me see if we can get you going here. I agree with you that hard reboot isn't the best option. I think that we have a couple of issues but I will focus on the linux box to start with. You say that they router reconnects the box won't reconnect automatically.

Are you in the office when this happens? The simplest way to fix that would be to go to the network icon, left click and click on the network card "system eth0" or whatever it may be. That is supposing that you have a gui installed.

If you aren't in the office I can look up a command for you to try but I don't know if that will work.
