System logs:

- The IP address lease 192.168.1.2 for the Network Card with network address 00146C83D419 has been denied by the DHCP server 0.0.0.0 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

- TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent TCP connect attempts.

Im going to go try a different network card
