You just ran all possible test and it didn't show any problem with your connection. Possible computer setting problem since other computer connected wireless can browse.

You can try checking your computer proxy, internet option > connection > lan settings > make sure nothing is checked.

check security settings as well, make sure they're on default.

check and make sure IP and DNS is not hardcoded, start > control panel > network connection > right click LAN > properties > select TPC/IP > properties > both IP and DNS should be on automatically detect and there should be no numbers inside the boxes.

if still no browse, try going on safemode and choose "safemode with networking" and try if you can browse using IE or firefox.
