Dekaron Failed to Update.
I've asked the official support but we couldn't solve the problem and they left me with nothing.
After I launch the launcher in ADMINISTRATOR MOD after "combining data" a error pops us saying "Failed to Update" and it does it every time. I restarted, cleaned my computer loads of times. Tried shutting down my virus, spybot, tea timer. I've also added the launcher to the exception list in my firewall with no change.
A DXDiag file is attatched to my post. Download it if you need info of my PC.
Here is the Official support from the GAMETRIBE TEAM:

Hello, I have a very frustrating problem that I'm trying to fix for days now.
I've downloaded your Action 4 client from the gamershell link. I've installed it with no hassle.
The problem begins here, when I launch the launcher as an administrator as always, it starts to update. Right after "Combining Data" a error pops up: "Update Failed" The login button becomes gray. I've tried updating the next day, same thing. I've even tried downloading the client from a different source from your official download links. I also tried adding the whole folder to the exception list in my windows Firewall as well as the launcher, and to my anti-virus program exception list as well. It still fails to update.
The last thing I've done was yesterday, and it was that I've enable the DMZ on my router. The problem still persists.

Greetings,
Please confirm your firewall is not blocking launcher.exe, minilauncher.exe, dekaron.exe or dekaron_nsse.exe and open the following TCP and UDP ports on your firewall and router: 7880,7881,7000,9002.
Make sure as well you're not running any programs in background that could consume your bandwidth, most notably peer to peer download software.
Be aware that most firewalls, even when turned off, are still running processes in background that may interfere with connection. It's best to configure the ports and files exception properly. If you have your firewall configured already and you still experience the issue, you may want to remove any game files from it's exclusion list and then add them again - that would help for situations where firewall didn't correctly recognize updated files.
Thank you for your interest in GameTribe.
"JamesMoer":
Which are TCP and which are UDP?
"JamesMoer":
I've added the TCP:7880, 7881,7000
and UDP: 9002.
I've also readded launcher, minilauncher, dekaron.nse
dekaron
"JamesMoer":
Result: Update failed. I can't believe nothing has done anything to this game. Is it just me or is this happening to a lot of people. I've really wanted to play. I have a level 40 character.

Hello again,
All listed ports are both UDP and TCP. Additionally, I've spotted you use Windows Vista - make sure UAC is not blocking the game.
"JamesMoer":
What is UAC?
"JamesMoer":
Ok I know what it is but how do I disable it, or make it accept Dekaron Launcher to update., not block it basically.
"JamesMoer":
Is the last number supposed to be 4 as I enter the TCP and UDP. my IP Is 182.168.2.3
Default Gateway: 192.168.2.1

Greetings,
To disable User Acount Control in Windows Vista, please do the following:
1) Click on Start -> Control Panel -> User Accounts and Family Safety -> User Accounts
2) Turn User Account Control off (untick the box near User Account Control etc)
3) Click OK then restart the computer when prompted.
If it helps, you'll know it's the UAC that disturbs here. If problem persists, just turn it back.
You may also want to disable your antivirus to see if that changes anything. Also, remember to configure both firewall and router if you use one - if you configure only one of those, the other will still block the connection.
Thank you for your interest in GameTribe.
"JamesMoer":
It didn't solve my problem. This is clearly not of the firewall cause or blockage. This must be either the launcher is corrupted or I must reinstall the game which I have already done 3 times.
Have you got any other ideas of how to solve this?
Thank you.
"JamesMoer":
Nothing can solve this?
I really wanted to play this game.

Greetings,
Please make sure you have administrator access on the PC you are using as it is required for those functions to work.
"JamesMoer":
I do have administrator rights. I'm the main admin and there is no other account.
Support:
Greetings,
Unfortunately, we cannot provide support for the tracert application. If you can manage to execute it and create the requested file we will try to determine the source of the issue.
"JamesMoer":
Well, I'm deleting this game then. Thanks for you help anyway. *sigh*

Hello again,
After some investigation it turned out tracert may be blocked by UAC. Try to disable it and then run the tracert.
"JamesMoer":
I turned off UAC.
Opened CMD and put in tracert 213.198.85.42 > c:\tracegt.txt as you requested.
After I hit enter, nothing happened and I also couldn't type anything in the CMD after. A folder didn't open either.
What should I do?
This is the talk from last time. It wasnt updated.
I would like to see how I can run the tracert 213.198.85.42 > c:\tracegt.txt in CMD so a folder couldbe opened. He said that there will be a file which then I can attach for you to look at but I can't do that.

In order for us to deeper investigate the situation we'd need a Dxdiag file from your PC. You can create one by going through the following steps:
If you use Windows Vista:
1) Press on the 'Windows Vista' button normally found at the bottom left hand corner of the screen
2) Select 'Start Search'
3) Type 'dxdiag' in the box and press the return/enter button on your key board.
4) Select the 'Save All Information'. (Sometimes, you will be asked if you wish to check if the drivers are "digitally signed". Should this message appear, choose 'Yes'.)
5) Save the file to a place on your machine where you can easily locate it again.
6) Attach the file and send to us.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Kind regards.
"JamesMoer":
Here is the file.
Support:
