I think this Card looks good.
Do not use the drivers that come with the CD. All of the reviews say to use the latest drivers from the website here

I was think that instead of buying a Sata card you could start upgrading your computer and get a new motherboard that supports all of your existing stuff and goes up to Core 2 quad. It would work better than a sata card and probably save you money in the long run.
