Well, a picture isn't going to do us any good. Since it's an integrated adapter, you'd take the exact make/model of the motherboard or the computer if it's a factory build model, and that will lead you to the drivers for your NIC. If it's defective, you'll have to use a PCI NIC, since replacing that one is replacing the motherboard.
