Other than stick a couple of repeaters in the run, I have no idea how you'd run the CAT5 that distance.

You 'Might" be able to get that distance if you limited the speed to say 10mbit and used CAT6 shielded cable, but I have no actual practical experience doing that.

If you can use wireless links, you could use hi-gain antennas and link with a wireless access point and a wireless bridge.
