hi,
i have kaspersky internet security 2009. it was working great until recently. there is no icon of kaspersky on my computer and whenever i tried to scan files for viruses it simply said that kaspersky has encountered some problems and need to be turned off bla bla bla..i tried to find out what is the problem but honestly, i have no idea whatsoever about it. i'm not very good with computers actually. so pls, help me. how to fix this problem?
