I think Obama should send his right hand woman "Hillary" to talk to them and then they won't do this anymore. Just let them know how disappointed we are in their decision to do such things and then send them a few billion of US taxpayer's dollars and everything will be all right there. It will be called the "Hillary-Barak" talking iniative to stop nuclear development. If we talk enough, then we can subdue them into submission and they will fall in line.
