My computer crashed recently as the result of a virus and so everything had to be reinstalled. The printer driver for the ip4200 was for pre-Windows XP but I now have XP Professional. I downloaded the driver online and the printer is working perfectly for normal printing. However I don't have the ikon I uesd to have for other applications such as CD label printing. How to I sort that out?
