Hi -

Interesting - from what I see, the only thing that's really different between ours is your outcome catched "ntdll!DbgBreakPoint".

Could you please do the following and then post Step 6's result as an attachment :

Step 1: Start
Step 2: Run...
Step 3: Type "dxdiag" , click "OK"
Step 4: You should see a form saying "Directx Diagnostics Tool", if so wait for the blue bar at the bottom to finishing loading and continue to Step 5.
Step 5: Click "Save Information"
Step 6: Save as ".txt" file.
