Tech Support Forum - View Single Post - Cannot access computer connected via wireless

Hello and thanks in advance for your atention, here's the problem I'm having:

I manage a small XP LAN that runs with static IP adressess and recently we bought a Linksys Wireless Router that let us connect the laptops via wireless.

The problem comes when trying to access the shared folders on the laptop, I can see the wired computers from the wireless one, but not the other way (For example I can't see the shared folder on the wireless computer from a cabled PC).

The wireless Router uses a specific IP, and the computers connected trought this device also recieve an static IP (192.168.0.xxx), but I haven't been able to access this computers using those IP's, no answer recieved from the pings and the computers don't show on my network places.

And that's basically the problem, I know its not a Firewall problem but that's it, if anyone could give me a help I will be most grateful, I've been looking for a solutions with no results and frankly I don't know what else to do, again thanks a lot for your time and attention.
