I'm new to the forum and am so impressed with how everyone helps everyone! Really great to see.
I recently bought a Canon FS100 camcorder (flash memory). ImageMixer 3 is bundled with it but the user guide PDF hangs and there's no help via the software itself, so there's no way to learn how to use it. I went to the pixela site, but they don't have any customer service available (literally!), not even a contact us button!
So, what I'm looking for is either a working copy of the user guide (ImageMixe.pdf) or a viable alternative to the software. Something that is compatible with the Canon fs100, can transfer video from the flash memory via USB, and is really good for editing video with minimal or no loss of quality (the Pixela website warns that there will be a visible loss of quality when using their software!)
Any help and advice will be greatly appreciated!
