unfortunately can't tell much from that screenshot - you needed to maximise the G-Spot window so that the results box at the bottom showed all results.
What it does show is that the audio is there but for some reason is not able to be rendered - it says you do have the correct codecs installed.
Are you wanting to edit these files, just burn them to DVD or just play them on your computer as is?
If you want to just play them on your computer try downloading either
Media Player Classic or
VLC player and see if the audio plays OK.
