Hmm, so I left my computer on all day with the gigabit card in it and somehow windows seemed to work the problem out. Always before I would turn the computer on, it not work then turn it off quickly. I guess leaving it on let it solve itself out? I have no idea, but sorry for wasting your time and thank you very much for the help. I did not know that it was even possible for a computer to automatically fix its own problems like this.
