Good point...
Actually one way to look at is how they judge success. I call it the 5% solution. A program, tax change, project, etc is considered "good" if it helps 5% of the people. If its the top 5% the republican's think its good. If its the bottom 5% then its demo's. Notice neither considers the other 90% of us.
