Help with WPA-PSK Encryption

Ok I am trying to add a WPA-PSK Encryption on my router because I've read it is more secured then a WEP.

Now after accessing the BT router page, I changed the access point from WEP to WPA-PSK Encryption. Typed in a password and applied.

My desktop is ok with the changes and connect to the router no problem. (Desktop is Ethernet connected).

Now my LAPTOP doesn't seem to be able to pick up my router wirelessly, I managed to find my router profile and tried to changed its security settings so it matches my router settings.

My Laptop (Vista Home, brand new) doesn't seem to have a WPA-PSK Encryption option for me to connect. I can't seem to find or connect to my router.

What Im I doing wrong? Surley a Vista home allow WPA-PSK Encryption ?
