Yes, delete all those you just listed. They're bad.
For the HijackThis backup logs, there should be no harm keeping them. But if you want to delete them, I would wait a week or so to see if you computer is working ok. Then delete it.
Your log is clean. If you disabled System Restore, make sure to enable it now.
