i bought a DIR-615 d-link router and for some reason the router isn't getting an IP address from my old terayon modem. I have called d-link tech support and they don't really know what is wrong with it.
What i have done is
A) firmware is at 3.1.0NA
b) renewed the dhcp
c)turned the power off then on the modem and router multiple times

Was wonder if any one here could help out with any fresh idea's.
