Probably not. Are you still having problems with the recycle bin?
If so, go to Start->Run and type in cmd and hit OK. Then type in each of the following (hitting Enter after each line):
del /q c:\recycler\*.*
del /q a:h c:\recycler\*.*
exit
Try deleting files now.
