I am trying to fix a computer that is overseas with my husband. One of the issues it is having after getting a mobile ISP provider, is the PC Pandora stopped working. The PC Pandora is opened by holding down four keys at one time prompting a password box. I know how to fix it the PC Pandora, that is not the problem.

The problem is, I can't open the program using TeamViewer. It does not respond to keyboard commands like that. It will respond to a keyboard command but not many keys being held down at once.

Has anyone ever used a remote access program that would work with this type of command?
