popups, links (popupsearches) problem..

Hello.

Recently, I had a few of my friends come and sleep over. (Hey, I'm only 14 years old)
I let them use my computer and they have seemed to messed it up.
I'm thinking they just clicked some of those bad popups and then downloaded something harmful.

Anyways, I keep on getting annoying popups even when I'm not searching the web (literally about 10 new ones every minute) and random letters (free, download, book, etc) have turned into links leading me to popupsearches.com. I also had about 10 new programs installed and have no idea how they got there.

Now, being a kid, I freaked out and started running all my Ad-Aware and SpyBot programs and then went to the Add or Remove Programs and deleted anything that I couldn't recognize. That didn't seem to solve the problem.

heres the log or whatever it's called..

hope you can help and thanks in advance!
