You can slipstream them into a new CD Image. Still have to track them down and downnload them, but once the disk is created, it's done.
Nlite and
AutoStreamer can both do the job.
nLite is a bit more flexible.

How to obtain the latest Windows 2000 service pack
If you slipstream SP4, and Update Rollup 1, that will include all Security updates through April 30, 2005. You can then search the
Microsoft Update Catalog for more. You can also add IE 6 and it's updates. If you do some searching there should be lots of info out there.
