Have you tried "Safe Mode?"
If after trying safe mode there is no problem, somewhere there's a compatibility issue, or corrupt file/driver.
Also, try to retrace when this started happening... after software/hadrware install? After internet.
If this doesn't work, let me know we can try a few other things.
