XP firewall inhibits local network access

I have 3 windows XP computers on a local network, wired and wireless, all in the same workgroup. One computer can only be "seen" on the Microsoft Windows Network list under the workgroup. When I try to access that computer, the message appears: "\\..... is not accessible....The network path was not found". When the firewall is turned off on that computer, it can be fully accessed. The other two computers on the network are accessible. I believe I have configured the firewalls appropriately, but...

Thanks...
