If this entry also shows as Canon:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [CAP3ON] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\CAP3ON.EXE

Then it's the only one to skip fixing with HJT here (of course, don't delete any of those four files either).

When was it created? Why would that matter? Seriously doubt we will be able to tell you.

Please press on with all of the other instructions and post a fresh log.
