[SOLVED] Can't change wallpaper - Missing Registry parts

Hey everyone, could you please help.

I can't change my wallpaper, although, I can make it different block colours.

I've tried alot of things to solve this, but I think I've come to a conclusion - That I am missing registries for the desktop and wallpaper.

Is there any place where I can download the basic Windows XP SP2 Registry?
Without it removing any other registries eg. For games or other programs.

Just the standard that fills in any missing or corrupt .reg files...

I'm sure this is the problem, but I can't find anywhere to download these files.

Also, putting them in manually seems to mess things up and just so you know, I've created a restore point.

It'd be good if I just got the wallpaper files, thanks.

Example:
'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System'

And everything that comes with it is missing, so are a few others like:
'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop'
