Oh, certainly. A real 3200 would also have more transisters per area on the die, and was manufactured in order to keep in spec with a reasonable temperature (without needing any other measures than the included heatsink/fan).

It's like blasting nitrous oxide into the intake of a riding mower. Yeah, it might go as fast as a go-kart, but for how long before it seizes from lack of proper lubrication?
