Regarding formatting, we can usually fix these up, but some users don't have the time and patience to do so. We recommend sticking to the fix if you can, but if you don't want to spend any more time on this problem, then a format is your choice.
So if you want to continue, please post the other logs we asked for earlier (you just posted the HijackThis log).
Regarding the serial key, it should have provided that for you on their website when you downloaded it. If it's still giving you problems, just skip that uninstaller and continue with the others.
