Unzipping Files

So, I play a game called Oblivion, and I download a bunch of modifications for it.

When I unzip them, it puts the entire file into the directory that I designate, but that's not what I want.

Is there a way to make them extract to their designated folder right off the bat?

Here's what happens:
I choose the file where I want to extract the files. It extracts the files. However, it's in it's own folder, when I want it to go directly to that folder, and not create any new folders. Make sense?

Also, in it's sub folders, I want them to just go into the folders that they're designated to go into.

Here's an example:

On my HD:
Here are folders
Main Folder: DATA
Sub Folder: Meshes
Sub Folder: Textures

Here's what I want to extract:
"Blahblah"
Contains sub folder: Meshes > Meow
Contains sub folder: Textures > Meow

Here's how it extracts:
Into Main Folder (DATA) as File: Blah blah with the sub folders IN the new main folder blah blah.

HEre's what I want:
When I click extract, I pick Main Folder: DATA
It extracts Meshes > Meow into my HD Meshes folder.
And it extracts Textures > Meow into my HD Textures folder.
Automatically.

So I don't have to go around rearranging all the dang files into their designated folders.
