Now myself, I post about 20 posts a day on average, half of those are to helping out. The people looking for help far outnumber the people helping. Some of us helping may have plenty knowledge but can only really and truly help about 2 people with complicated problems out. In between we might help a few with minor problems.
We don't say we know everything, but instead of moaning about not getting helped, why not see if you can assist, or even just read an learn. Google your problem a bit, maybe pick up some useful tips that might help you in future.
Even i need to do that once in a while!
