I believe you will be able to run it on fairly low settings. Crysis is an extremely intensive game, and is currently the game that a lot of high end computer builders test their PCs on.
Also, I wouldn't recommend buying computers from Wal-mart. You would be better off ordering a laptop online directly from the manufacturer.
