The laptop's internal keyboard is completely gone. It's on a shelf across the room from me. If it's still causing problems, then that thing's REALLY broken! I've also tried unplugging the USB keyboard when a key jam happens, but it doesn't affect anything. How would I go about deactivating/unplugging the media buttons to see if those are the problem?
