hello i have a toshiba laptop. the satellite L30

i play poker i use i e to log in ,, well all is ok , but when i min the table to the bottom to the screen , normal it would pop up to tell me its my turn,
it has been doing this for a long time but it has stoped it the game will not pop up it stays on the tray, any help please
