What you need is a service manual. Dell has great ones, hp/compaq is pretty good too. Those two are very easy to find. Others vary, but Acer keeps theirs secret, I don't think I've yet to find one from Acer. Just google the manufacturer and model and service manual. Tried a quick search for yours, but didn't have much luck at Toshiba, though I'm sure I've found some in the past. Searched your model and didn't get any results on the toshiba canada site. Odd, that.
