Random Reboots... Can someone read these .dmp files for me?

Hey everyone!

I have a Windows 2000 machine with random reboots. The event view mentions that the machine crashes during a bugcheck. I've checked both the memory (memtest) and the disk (chkdsk), both of which seem fine. However the machine reboots frequently, creating a .dmp file each time. I can't read them... Problem with the symbols. I downloaded the symbols and set the path in the checkdump CL utility... No dice. I must be doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out.

Could it be that I'm trying to read them on an XP machine (even though I've downloaded the 2k diagnostic symbol pack, and tried the public symbol site)

I've attached the dmp files from yesterday's crashing fun (crashes often, I know!). It's been doing this for quite a while. If any one can read these .dmp files, It would be super mega awesome to me! If you can offer some analysis you'll be my hero!

Thanks in advance!

P.S. If you have any other suggestions or insight, I'd greatly appreciate it!
