Do you even get the small green light on the MOBO to light up? If so, it might be your wiring from your power button to your MOBO. I had no idea how to wire my MOBO because of no directions and different colors referenced on Intel website. Converted Old Gateway Full Tower to D865PERL with 3.0E Processor. Added a second hard drive, Dual Layer DVD burner and new video card. Suppose to have 2 GIG of RAM but only 1 is working right now. Anyways, little green light worked but no power supply or anything else because of wrong wiring harness set up...
