Hi,

In addition to what twistedbard told you, make sure that the side of the board is not touching the case. Take a piece of paper and see if it slips between the motherboard and case all the way around. I have seen several of these with the newer boards. However, a reminder is that the motherboard posts (extra or misplaced) are more likely the cause of this problem. Try all options...look at it this way, probably don't have a dead motherboard and look at all the experience you are getting. Ha Ha
