You would essentially be starting all over with your search engine optimisation and "rankings".

If you have access to the domain, as you say you do, then you are not "hijacking" your site, you are merely changing hosts. This is a perfectly legal operation.

As you are no doubt aware, TSF will not assist you in any illegal endeavours. We will not help you take over a domain that is controlled by another person or company.
