Check and fix these also:

O16 - DPF: {EECF9899-FC3A-4841-986F-30B874921B36} (BrowserObj Class) - http://nt-avm1.wvuh.wvuhs.com/idxwe.../IDXBrowser.cab

Delete this file if it still exists -> C:\WINNT\farmmext.ini

Your log is clean.
