AOL IP address oddity

I have a weird situation going on. All my computers except this one, and there are 4 total, show an IP address 24.*.***.** whether checking whatismyip thru I.E. Explorer or AOL.

This computer shows 24.*.***.** when checking thru explorer, but when I check thru AOL it shows an
IP of 207.***.***.*** which is in Kansas somewhere & I'm in Colorado. I am getting booted off at least one forum when trying to login from this IP, even tho they have permissioned the above IP.

I have run all kinds of spyware/virus scans, deleted cookies, rebooted modems & routers & this computer, checked addons etc, etc.....but this weird IP thing is causing problems. I wasn't allowed to download an AVG virus update, so I had to download the file on a networked computer to install it.

AOL support doesn't exist because I am using a free account, but I'm convinced its something AOL is doing. Anyone else see this?
