Ok so I have a very old Windows 95 Compaq but one day I accidently left it on for an hour when I come back I see it is frozen so I shut it down and when I boot it back up the screen will show “Compaq” logo and after that it will stay frozen in a black screen. I booted up my PC many times and it still shows the same thing. I tried using the system restore CD it came with but no luck (the CD had a lot of scratches on it).

Is there any way or possible solution on getting my computer back up and running?
