You can slipstream patches using nLite and make a bootable CD with Windows 2000 with integrated service pack and with patches.
As for getting individual patches, just go to control panel, add/remove programs, and you'll see them listed by number. Then go on the Microsoft site and type in the KB number to grab the patch.
