i'm not too computer savy and would like help i have:
ran adaware se prof and spybot and deleted the infected
i ran a full norton scan also and fixed the infected.
My problem is this:
Norton is coming up with a trojan sysupd.dll file that it can not fix or gain access to. I have been following a thread that i found as me and this poster are having the same problem:

Should i just follow greyknight17's instructions? If not.... I downloaded HijackThis now what?
